I have chosen to make a short video of my airbrush in action as I felt this would be the best way to showcase the true nature of the object. The ability of the airbrush to quickly render an image onto a canvas is marvelous and is far quicker than any paintbrush or drawing processes could ever be. The portrait in the creative response video was painted extremely quickly, quicker than my painting ability, as I could not put up a 30 minute video and expect you to watch it.

Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Adding a shimmer finish to a specialty cake can really add a new dimension to the finish of the cake. In this post I wanted to describe the two ways that we apply shimmer to our cakes. 1 Dust the shimmer onto cake straight from container. To do this you need a very good quality fat brush. Simply brush the shimmer all over. In my opinion this is ideal for white shimmer on white icing. Have fun playing with shimmer.
